All shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the shipping destination. Shipping times provided are estimates and do not include order processing times.

Delivery Policy
Once the package is delivered, it cannot be reported as not received and is not eligible for a refund if reported as not received.

Duties, Taxes, and Fees 
Orders from Sotsu.com ship from the United States. We partner with Global-e to provide international shipping and localized checkout options. Depending on your shipping destination, duties and taxes may be handled in one of the following ways:

1. Duties & Taxes Included (Delivered Duties Paid – DDP)
For select countries, duties and taxes are automatically calculated and included in your final checkout price. If this applies to your order, you will see the following notice at checkout:

“The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.”

In these cases, no additional customs charges will be due upon delivery.

2. Duties & Taxes Calculated, Pay Now or on Delivery
For some countries, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout but not automatically included in the purchase price. Customers may have the option to pay these charges at checkout or upon delivery. If choosing to pay on delivery, any applicable fees will be collected by your local customs authority or carrier.

3. Duties & Taxes Not Predetermined
For countries where duties and taxes cannot be calculated in advance, customers will see the following notice at checkout:

“Local taxes, duties or customs clearance fees may apply.”

In these cases, duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.

International Returns Policy
Customer responsible for any return fees incurred if a shipment is returned due to the customer's failure to pay applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.
