Return Policy

  • 30-Day Return Policy
    We accept returns for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the delivery date to qualify for a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Free Domestic and International Returns
    For all approved returns, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost. To request a return for a domestic US order, sign in to your account here.

    For orders shipped outside of the US, please visit our International Returns Portal.

  • Item Condition
    Products must be unused in their original packaging and free from damage, alterations, or any wear. Returns must also include all accessories, manuals, and documentation to qualify for a full refund.

  • Refund Processing
    Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for refunds to process. You'll receive an email confirming your refund once complete.

Warranty Policy

  • 2-Year Limited Warranty
    All Sotsu products qualify for a two-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and electronic malfunctions.

  • Coverage
    This warranty includes repair or replacement of defective components and covers return shipping costs for warranty-related issues.

  • Exclusions
    Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.

  • Hassle-Free Service
    To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the product and cover shipping for all valid warranty claims (both domestic and international).
