Return Policy

  • 30-Day Return Policy
    Orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Free Domestic Returns (U.S. Orders)
    For orders shipped within the United States, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.

  • International Returns
    Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs for non-warranty returns. Original shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Item Condition
    Products must be unused in their original packaging and free from damage, alterations, or any wear. Returns must also include all accessories, manuals, and documentation to qualify for a full refund.

  • Refund Processing
    Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.


Warranty Policy

  • 2-Year Limited Warranty
    All Sotsu products qualify for a two-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and electronic malfunctions.

  • Coverage
    This warranty includes repair or replacement of defective components and covers return shipping costs for warranty-related issues.

  • Exclusions
    Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.

  • Hassle-Free Service
    To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the product and cover shipping for all valid warranty claims (both domestic and international).
