Return Policy

  • 30-Day Return Policy
    We accept returns for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the delivery date to qualify for a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Free Domestic and International Returns
    For all approved returns, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost. To request a return for a domestic US order, sign in to your account here.

    For orders shipped outside of the US, please visit our International Returns Portal here.

  • Item Condition
    Products must be unused in their original packaging and free from damage, alterations, or any wear. Returns must also include all accessories, manuals, and documentation to qualify for a full refund.

  • Refund Processing
    Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for refunds to process. You'll receive an email confirming your refund once complete.

Warranty Policy

  • 2-Year Limited Warranty
    All Sotsu products include a two-year limited warranty for the original purchaser, covering manufacturing defects and electronic malfunctions. 

  • Coverage
    For valid warranty claims, Sotsu will repair or replace defective products or components at no cost. We also cover return shipping for warranty-related issues, both domestic and international.

  • Exclusions
    This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for warranty coverage. Proof of purchase from Sotsu or an authorized seller is required.

  • Hassle-Free Service
    To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will help diagnose the issue and provide return or replacement instructions when warranty service is required.
