Orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. -
Free Domestic Returns (U.S. Orders)
For orders shipped within the United States, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost. -
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs for non-warranty returns. Original shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. -
Item Condition
Products must be unused in their original packaging and free from damage, alterations, or any wear. Returns must also include all accessories, manuals, and documentation to qualify for a full refund. -
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

All Sotsu products qualify for a two-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and electronic malfunctions.

Coverage
This warranty includes repair or replacement of defective components and covers return shipping costs for warranty-related issues.

Exclusions
Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.
