- Which monitors come with a base stand?
The FlipAction 14” Touch, 16” Pro Gen 2, and 16” Elite monitors each come with a matching base stand included.
While the FlipAction 14” Go, 15.6” SleekView, and 12.5” Ultra Slim don’t come with a base stand, they are still compatible with the Base Stand sold separately (although the colors might not be an exact match, depending on the monitor).
- Which pens are compatible with the FlipAction 14” Touch?
Our Stylus Pen has Microsoft MPP 2.0 protocol, so Microsoft Surface pens or other MPP-compatible pens are supported. Wacom or Apple pencils are not supported.
- How can I adjust the brightness or other display settings on the monitor?
Sotsu monitors have a large, circular button located on the back, just above the adjustable base connector. You can toggle brightness by pressing up or down, or access other settings such as color temperature, input mode, presets, and more by toggling the left and right.
- How do I enable the auto-rotate function on my monitor?
If your monitor has 180° auto-rotate capability, this can also be enabled through the Settings Menu accessed via the circular button on the back. For a 90° portrait orientation, this can be done manually through your computer's settings.
Please note that the SleekView and UltraSlim models do not have auto-rotate functionality, but different orientations can still be configured manually through your device.
- Can I use other cables besides the one provided?
The display works with any USB-C cords that support DisplayPort (DP) Protocol. Thunderbolt 4+ and USB 4.0 cords support DP, for example. USB-C cords for charging mobiles and tablets won’t work, however.
- My device doesn’t have a USB-C port. Can I still connect a Stostu monitor to it?
Yes, other types of USB ports can be connected via an adapter or USB-type to USB-C cord. Because other types of USB can only supply power, you will need to use an additional HDMI to mini-HDMI cord for the display. Alternatively, you can also use a USB-C compatible power block alongside the HDMI to mini-HDMI cord.
Depending on your device's capabilities, the USB-C HUB 10 in 1 can also be used for connections.

- How are international duties, taxes, and fees assessed?
Sotsu.com orders ship from our warehouse in the United States. Non-U.S. orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees, which vary by country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost or product price. Customers will be required to pay these fees upon delivery, as determined by their local customs authority. We recommend checking your country's import regulations for more information.
- How do I request a return?
